Does Tassyir work with my carrier?
Yes. Tassyir works with every carrier in Algeria, including Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST, Maystro and Ecotrack carriers like DHD and Anderson, and with your own courier. You can connect several and switch whenever you like.
I sell on Shopify. Do I have to move?
No. Connect your Shopify store (up to 10 shops), YouCan, Ayor or Google Sheets, and every order lands in your Tassyir dashboard on its own, where you confirm and ship it.
How much does it cost? Is there a free plan?
Plans start at DZD 1,900 a month. There is no free plan, but you can try everything for 7 days without a card.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Nothing is charged, because we never ask for a card. Your orders keep arriving, and buyers' phone numbers stay hidden until you choose a plan.
What if I get more orders than my plan allows?
Your store never stops taking orders. Past your plan's limit, new orders keep arriving with the buyer's phone hidden until you renew early or move up a plan, and then they all open at once. We let you know before that, at 80% of the limit.
How do I pay?
In dinars with an Edahabia or CIB card, or with Visa or Mastercard. Pay 3, 6 or 12 months ahead and save up to 20%.
How does it help with fake orders?
Before the call you see every phone number's record: how many orders, how many received. Duplicate orders are merged, and you can block a number or a device.
Can my team work in Tassyir?
Yes. Add the people who confirm orders and pack parcels, each with the permissions you choose, and new orders are shared between them automatically. The number of members depends on your plan.
How does Tassyir work out my profit?
Every plan shows your profit this month and per product, after the product, delivery, returns and ads, and what each delivered order cost you in Meta and TikTok ads. The Advanced plan adds the full finance tools: wallets, expenses and history.
